The typical inspection takes 2-3 hours. Using a range of investigative tools we will inspect your home from the roof to the basement.

The digital report is uploaded, with full color illustrations and photos, within 24hrs of the inspection with an email and a link to the report on the Internet.

An optional Report Summary can be made available on request to share report at open houses or during showings – a marketing tool as Pre-inspected house.
