The typical inspection takes 2-3 hours. Using a range of investigative tools we will inspect your home from the roof to the basement.

- Attics, Roof decks and Insulation
- Exterior walls, siding, trim, windows, doors
- Roof shingles, chimneys, skylights and fireplaces

- Electrical service and distribution
- Heating systems
- Cooling systems
We also use infrared thermal imaging cameras to detect leaks and insulation problems you can’t see with the naked eye.
The digital report is uploaded, with full color illustrations and photos, within 24hrs of the inspection with an email and a link to the report on the Internet.
