The walkthrough inspection is a verbal consultation service, to give you an overview of the house condition, when you are facing a multiple offer situation.

You feel that the house is in good shape and you just want a quick second opinion before a firm offer. 

A walkthrough inspection may typically take less than an hour and consist of verbally describing the impressions of the house, pointing out any obvious deficiencies. The attic, crawlspaces, inside electrical boxes, furnace or other access panels, or close look at the roof would be excluded. 

During the walkthrough, the buyer can take notes and pictures as we go through the house explaining you the defects.  

Walkthrough cannot be considered a substitute for full home inspection, as it may not reveal issues in many key areas of the home. You need to perform a complete thorough home inspection to make an informed decision.
